Short Description :

AiT SEMi presents an 𝗔𝗖-𝗗𝗖 𝗣𝗪𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 featuring a wide 8V-40V operating voltage range, switching frequency from 45kHz to 500kHz, and programmable CV/CC regulation. It also includes burst-mode operation and built-in soft start for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

Available in DIP7/8, SOP7/8 and  SOT-26 Packages.
